These terms are the agreement between you and [Operator legal entity, e.g. company name and number] ("we", "us") when you use The Growth Rooms. By creating an account or buying a room, you accept them.
What The Growth Rooms is
The Growth Rooms is an online training platform for coaches. Content is organised into rooms. Each room contains modules, video lessons and templates. New rooms open over time and are purchased separately. Buying one room does not entitle you to future rooms.
Your account
- You must be 18 or over.
- Give us accurate details and keep your password to yourself. Your account is for you alone: one person, one login.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access.
Purchases and payment
Room prices are shown in pounds sterling and are one-time payments unless stated otherwise. Payment is taken by Stripe. Your access to the room you bought unlocks once payment is confirmed.
Cancellation and refunds
You have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period when you buy digital content online. Because we give you access to the room immediately after payment, you consent to immediate supply, and you acknowledge that once you start accessing the content you lose the statutory right to cancel. If you have paid but not accessed any of the room's content, you can cancel within 14 days for a full refund by emailing [contact email]. None of this affects your statutory rights in relation to content that is faulty or not as described.
What you can do with the content
When you buy a room you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use its content for your own learning and your own coaching business. That means:
- You can use the templates, forms and frameworks with your own clients, in your own business.
- You cannot share your login, redistribute the videos or lesson material, resell the templates, or use the content to build a competing product.
All content, branding and materials on the platform remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors.
What we do not promise
The Growth Rooms is education. It is not legal, financial, tax or regulatory advice, and it is not a guarantee of results. Building a coaching business depends on your own work, your market and your decisions. Any figures or examples in the content show what is possible, not what is promised.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the platform available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, improve or replace lesson content within a room. If we ever retire the platform, we will give purchasers reasonable notice.
Ending the agreement
We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms, including account sharing or redistributing content. You can close your account at any time by emailing us.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Subject to that, our total liability to you in connection with the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or indirect losses.
General
These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland and its courts have jurisdiction.
